BrickVip does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BrickVip, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service, even if BrickVip has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Netherlands for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Service.

Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. Severability
